MEN'S CLUB

Nativity Men’s Club is a very active group of men of the parish. They meet the first Monday of the month. They are very involved around the church with support issues that the Rector needs done. Also established a foundation to support the children of Nativity BVM Elementary School. 

The Saturday before Palm Sunday several of the guys cleaned and pressure washed the front of the sidewalks of Church, cleaned the bishop’s garden and cleaned up around the Bishop’s cemetery.

The Men's Club also hosts a Teacher Appreciation event that provides staff of Nativity Elementary School and staff of the CCD program with a delicious meal.

WOMEN OF MARY
This prayer group meets weekly for prayer and fellowship.

MEN OF ST. JOSEPH
The Men of St. Joseph is a group of Nativity B.V.M. men who gather every Tuesday morning at 7:00 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Center for prayer and fellowship.  Using the Magnificat prayer book as a starting point, the men of this group share their reflections on the coming Sunday's gospel and pray for their families, personal intentions, and other concerns.

NEPTUNE AT NATIVITY
After the 4pm mass on the Saturday before Mardi Gras the Nativity Men;s Club serves hamburgers and hotdogs while our Youth ministry serves drinks and candy. This is open to the parishioners and their guest. This has been a long standing Mardi Gras tradition for many years with lots of food, fun and fellowship.

BINGO 
The volunteers who gather each Tuesday welcome members of the community at large into our Bingo hall for an evening of fellowship, good food, and fun entertainment.  Funds raised through Bingo are used to support Nativity B.V.M. Elementary School.

EASTER EGG HUNT IN THE COURTYARD
Each year, the Nativity Youth Ministry hosts a courtyard Easter egg hunt after the morning Easter Masses for children 1-10.
